We wouldn’t exist without the work of some great mushers. For example…
Jessie Holmes, TV personality on National Geographic’s “Life Below Zero,” has had 6 Iditarod runs with 6 finishes. He’s been in the Top 10 four times, including placing 3rd his best year and 7th his rookie year. WEBSITE
Eddie Burke Jr., lifelong Alaska resident, came out of nowhere and slayed the competition. On his first Iditarod run, not only did he make the Top 10 but earned the title of Rookie of the Year.
Hunter Keefe, known as the Happy Musher, dreamed of running the Iditarod since he was 6 years old. His dreams came true this last year. He placed 11th overall and won the Sportsmanship Award. WEBSITE
Ryan Redington, grandson to the “Father of the Iditarod,” brought his family legacy full-circle when he brought the Championship Trophy home – the first of his family to win the Iditarod. WEBSITE
We’re honored to lift great mushers like these up!
PURPOSE
We had a strange beginning. Jessie Holmes originally inspired us to set everything up & welcome fans of mushers from all over the world.
DEDICATION
Our time and attention is solely focused on gaining support from those who want to see mushing continue. We will not rest until we succeed.
It’s not the race, but the preparation for the race that counts.

Preparing for Success
It takes a lot of prep work to mush, to live in Alaska, to build successful teams, to race, to win, to build a name for yourself, to do anything. But… if the prep work is done, the actual event is a breeze.
The great NBA player and now coach, Steve Nash, once said that “You’ll never be more alive than when you give something everything you have.” We live by those words, giving what we love so much all the time and attention it deserves so that success is inevitable.
